Growing Together: Excellence, Community, and Purpose at Education Management Group
At Education Management Group (EMG), this season has been one of meaningful growth—growth not just in size, but in excellence, relationships, and impact.
As our organization continues to evolve, we remain deeply committed to the purpose that brought us here in the first place: supporting families, empowering individuals, and creating positive behavior change that extends across all environments—home, school, and community.
Growing in Excellence
Excellence at EMG is not about perfection; it is about intentionality, accountability, and continuous learning. Our team works diligently to refine clinical practices, strengthen collaboration, and ensure that services are both ethical and individualized. We hold ourselves to high standards because the families we serve deserve thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
Each day, our clinicians, technicians, and support staff show up ready to learn, reflect, and grow—always with the goal of improving outcomes and experiences for our clients.
Deepening Relationships & Community Partnerships
We believe that meaningful progress happens through connection. Over the past year, EMG has had the privilege of strengthening relationships with families, schools, and community partners. These partnerships allow us to better understand the environments our clients navigate and to support skill development that truly generalizes beyond therapy sessions.
Engaging with the community—whether through outreach events, school collaboration, or open conversations with caregivers—reminds us that we are not working in isolation. We are part of a larger network striving toward shared goals of growth, inclusion, and opportunity.
Supporting Positive Behavior Change Across Environments
Our work does not stop at the therapy table. EMG is dedicated to helping families see positive behavior change in real life, across real settings. By collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, and community members, we aim to support skills that promote independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday activities.
We value consistency, communication, and compassion—knowing that behavior change is a journey that looks different for every family.
Serving with Humility, Encouragement, and Empowerment
At the heart of EMG is a commitment to serve with humility. We recognize that learning is ongoing, that feedback is valuable, and that growth happens best in an environment rooted in respect and encouragement.
We strive to uplift—not only the individuals we serve, but also their families, our staff, and our community partners. Our goal is to empower others with knowledge, tools, and confidence, walking alongside them rather than ahead of them.
Looking Ahead
As we move forward, EMG remains grounded in its mission and values—integrity, collaboration, humility, communication, and excellence. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and inspired by the resilience and dedication of the families and communities we serve.
Together, we will continue growing, learning, and working toward meaningful change—one relationship, one skill, and one step at a time.
Hope in Chaos
I am Sabrina, CEO and Director of ABA at Education Management Group. When I was brought here to build and guide our ABA program, I expected to focus on systems, data, and clinical structure. What I didn’t expect was how clearly I would see the quiet battles families fight — how quickly hope can fade, how deeply pain can take root, and how generational patterns can shape lives in ways we rarely speak about in our field.
In ABA, these conversations are often avoided. They don’t feel “scientific.” They don’t fit neatly into graphs or treatment plans. And yet, these are the realities our families live with every day.
Leaving my previous company was an act of faith — a step toward serving families and caregivers more directly, more compassionately, and more honestly. I never planned to work within another organization, but in this journey I’m learning that leading others also means humbling myself. Teaching others to love and support families well means remembering where I, too, am still growing.
I am deeply rooted in my belief in Jesus Christ. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of our Savior, and I am actively pursuing His healing and deliverance — not just for myself, but for the families we walk beside. ABA provides the tools for accountability, structure, and measurable growth. We use data, principles, and science — but the intention behind it matters. The heart matters.
We can’t control every environment or every circumstance. But we can choose to love people well. We can choose to teach with compassion. We can choose to stand with families who feel unseen or worn down. And in doing so, we’ve watched hope return. We’ve seen breakthroughs. We’ve seen strength rise in places where it once seemed lost.
We’ve also walked with people who feel they have no hope left — and that is exactly why our mission is so important.
We are here to serve this community in a way that is different — humble, compassionate, faith-driven, and unwavering in hope.
This is more than a program. It’s a calling. And we are pursuing it passionately, one family, one caregiver, one story at a time.
